Canapé menus

To celebrate nearly 30 years serving the City, we have created a selection of Christmas canapé menus to delight your guests. Delicious cold canapés menus, served by Smith’s professional and friendly staff. We can also serve hot canapés but an oven is required on-site.

Our experience in organising Christmas canapés receptions is vast and we will happily advise you if help is needed Smith’s provide a range of Champagne, wines, beers, cocktails and soft drinks, all supplied “sale or return” with free wine glasses included.

Fork buffets

Looking for classical Christmas catering? How about a carvery roast?

Smith’s can set up a carvery in your office to offer a Xmas treat for staff. With a chef carving and serving the main course guests then help themselves or are served traditional vegetables.

Hot fork buffet menu by Smiths catering include salads or bread as appropriate plus dessert.

Cold fork buffet menu from Italian antipasto or traditional British meat platters to hand raised pies. Smith’s catering buffets offer a selection of delicious dishes. If required, we have vegetarian options, as well as Halal, gluten free, vegan or any specific dietary requirement.

Benefits of hot fork buffets?

We do not need a kitchen on-site. The food is delivered hot in special containers which keep it above the legally required temperature.
