Over Christmas parties our new Indoor BBQ Catering menu has been an instant success, especially with Tech companies in East London looking for a more informal version of our hot fork buffet catering.

It is also a great idea for your party if you are planning an informal catering.

Our Indoor BBQ menus were originally created due to the high demand from City firms wanting to host BBQ events during World Cup Brasil 2012, but who had no outside space.

Indoor BBQs catering is perfect if you want an informal event. Rather than just one hot fork main, guests can graze on small, hot bites, throughout the evening.

SAMPLE HAWAIIAN MENU for 150 guests

Kalua pork smoked & slow cooked. Served in a brioche slider – similar to pulled pork.

Hot Dogs (50g beechwood smoked bockwurst)
Brioche dog rolls, ketchup & French’s American mustard

Huli Huli Chicken. Marinated in pineapple juice & chillies

Catering requirements:

Deposit: 50% deposit 7 working days before the event and balance payable within 30 days existing company accounts.

Final numbers: by 12:00 noon, 3 working day prior to the event and cannot be lowered after this time.

Minimum order: 50 guests.

Delivery and collection charge: Calculated by postcode.

Wine and soft drink delivery: All drinks by Smith’s Catering are supplied “sale or return”. and include free wine glass hire.

Indoor BBQ requirement: Chef, wait staff and heated food serveries.
